Overview

ElevenLabs Agent Simulator (“the Extension”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect and how it is used.

Data Collection and Storage

The Extension collects and stores the following data locally on your device:

• ElevenLabs API keys
• Agent IDs from page URLs
• Simulation prompts and parameters
• Dynamic variable configurations
• Conversation history and results

Local Storage Only

All data is stored locally using Chrome’s storage API. We do not:

• Transmit your data to any external servers (except ElevenLabs API as described below)
• Store your data on cloud servers
• Share your data with third parties
• Track your usage or behavior

Third-Party Services

The Extension makes authenticated requests to the ElevenLabs API (api.elevenlabs.io) using your API key to:

• Simulate conversations with your AI agents
• Fetch agent configuration data

These requests are made directly from your browser to ElevenLabs and are governed by ElevenLabs’ Privacy Policy.

Data Security

Your API key and all configuration data are stored securely in your browser’s local storage and are never transmitted to any server other than the official ElevenLabs API.

Data Deletion

You can delete all stored data at any time by:

1. Removing the Extension from Chrome
2. Clearing your browser’s storage for the Extension
3. Using Chrome’s “Clear browsing data” feature

Permissions Explanation

The Extension requires the following permissions:

• activeTab: To detect agent IDs from ElevenLabs dashboard URLs
• storage: To save your preferences and API key locally
• sidePanel: To provide the user interface
• host permissions: To communicate with ElevenLabs services

Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted with an updated “Last updated” date.
